Our services are provided through three plan types: Monthly Standard, Monthly Premium, & Intensive Challenges, all described below.

Initial Consultations are 60 minutes, and all other meetings/sessions are 30 minutes.

Monthly - Standard

Standard Service includes weekly check-ins to review the nutrition coaching and exercise program tailored to your needs and skills.

Standard Service is perfect for people who need a little guidance and support to reach their goals, but could use a mostly hands-off approach and excel at cooperative fitness.

Monthly - Premium

Premium Service includes live sessions with your trainer to take you through an exercise program tailored to your needs and skills, and maintain nutrition coaching.

Premium Service is perfect for people who perform best with more direct guidance and support to reach their goals, excel at companionship fitness, but still want to work out in the comfort of their homes.

Intensive Challenges

Ready to put your money where your mouth is? Jump into one of our challenges and really put in the work to make a change for yourself.

The challenges are for people who are really motivated to make a change, and want to see those results in the most tangible means possible, and excel at competitive fitness.

About The Intensives

8 Week Couch to 5K

Let’s get moving! Have you ever seen people out running and thought, man, I wish I could do that? Have you ever seen an advertisement for a local 5K and thought, ‘Yea, right. Me?’ But secretly wished ‘Yea, me!’? Are you committed to actually getting yourself off the couch and onto the pavement? This program is perfect for you! Learn how to get yourself into your first 5K, in just two months!

 

This intensive includes daily exercise programs to get you from sedentary, to walking, to running! Really want to help yourself stay committed? Schedule your first 5K for the end of the 8 week program and write your goals in stone!

 

This intensive is great for people who are still looking for the more hands-off approach to coaching; the workouts don’t include live sessions, but you still get trainer check-ins to keep you going and motivated!

12 Week GetFit! Challenge

Why 12 weeks? 3 months is considered the optimal amount of time to give yourself to not only see viable results from making the changes you need to improve your health, but to solidify a habit and alter your lifestyle. We know it can be hard to stay the course when you don’t get immediate results, I mean, you did a whole crunch, why don’t you have a six pack yet??

 

With the GetFit! Challenge, you are giving yourself permission to take the time needed. Change and time go hand in hand, you didn’t get where you are overnight, getting fit doesn’t happen overnight, either.

 

This intensive is great for people who want the hands-on approach to coaching; it includes 3x/week live virtual sessions to keep you going and motivated!
